PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE BISCUITS
200g brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
125ml pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla and pumpkin puree. In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa, oats, baking soda and spices. Mix this into the butter mixture.
- Scoop heaped teaspoons of dough onto prepared sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
